This is especially tuned for small teams and startups, where you have the technology builders and need the Product function, just not at a full-time level yet. I'll keep your engineers working more effectively and toward the articulated goals, rather than building what feels interesting to them, so you can get quickly to an MVP that unlocks true learning from your customers. 

Interim Product Support

I quickly step in to a vacancy and keep the tech team on track, executing the planned roadmap until you can fill the role with a permanent Product leader.  

You don't need someone creating a new strategy or reshaping the organization in their image; you need someone to keep the momentum going and the team supported, so that your progress doesn't stall out while your Product leader is on a medical / parental leave or while you backfill an unplanned departure during a critical time.
